Politics is moving at a fast pace in the country since Lok Sabha Elections are nearing. Every political is busy in calculating pros and cons of steps and policy decisions to be taken to create winibility of its candidates in the election. The party which came to power in the background of eradicating corruption and bringing back rule of people ie direct participationof people in political decision making, finds itself on a rough wicket. All its steps are creating more problems than providing solutions. There are many things pending to be priority basis , however, nothing is going well. It all started with the raid conducted by the Law Minister in Khirki extention .Government of Kejriwal has to sit on dharana near Rail Bhavan for the suspension of three SHOs of Delhi Police. It created a wrong impression about Delhi Govt that it is still in the mood and mode of a dharana party. For a constitutiofunction signy such an act is undesirable.
Since promises made by AAP are more than what can actually be fulfilled and the government is busy in doing all other activities than governance , therefore, solutions seem to be a AAP seem treasure both for party workers and people. As a result there is erosion of faith among a section of society and disillusioned leaders are leaving the party. It is unfortunate and also not in the interest of political purification, which the country needs at this juncture. Common sense of politice says that first there should be cautious beginning for a party carrying so much pressure of emotions and aspirations but what Kejriwal government is doing is beyond the common man's common sense. Let us not forget what had happened in history, when a new political party was born and failed to live up to the expectations of people, and shrunk to be a poster party.
Now the controversy between Kejriwal and lieutenant governor on the passing of Jan Lok pal is a beginning of a new political battle. It is a sensitive issue for AAP as its very birth and growth depends upon Jan Lokpal. I quote some of the statements of Kejriwal- "Jan Lok pal will be passed within fifteen days." -' A special session will be called at Ramleela ground to pass Jan Lokpal. --"We will do everything to pass Jan Lokpal: and many more such statements are a signal of what the party thinks about it and how much euphoric the party is about it. Therefore AAP may even take an extreme step to sacrifice its government and go for a fresh election of both parliament and assembly. Will it be a looser? Only time will tell but for the time being it will create ripples in political circles. As if gains of AAP government are limited and unimpressive therefore, it can take a chance but what about those whose whole calculations of winning parliament election are based on the assumption that AAP will be limited in Delhi with issues of governance and will find little energy left for national agenda.
Kejriwal and Aap even went on to say that Lieutenant governor is a congress agent. AAP named four advocates and condtitutional experts and a formor judge about condtitutionslity of janlokpal bill, but all of them have denied any such consultation. It is ironical and clear cut violation of administrative mechanism that a government should follow.Common man wonders how can a govt. lie about such an important matter. It the reason why I conclude AAP is going to do some thing extra ordinary and exta constitutional.Every day Kejriwal govt.is adding some or other conditions so that it gets an appropriate occasion to sacrifice his government.In other words Kejriwal government has created and crafted complexities for his sacrifice.
KEJRIWAL RESIGNS: Now the occasion choosen was introduction of Janlokpal Bill and what drama has taken place in Delhi Vidhan Sabha is seen by the whole world.No government can function with this much ignorance and arrogance.On 14th February2014 Kejriwal government once again played foul with constitution by not following LG order and tried to table Janlokpal Bill but since it didnot have sanction of LG and Central Govt. therefore natural outcome was evident.It has given the occasion to take high moral ground and sacrifice the govt.What people of Delhi have gained from fourty nine days of Kejriwal rule-Big Zero.On the other hand how much are the suffrrings of the people -Huge and unforgatable.Really people of Delhi will remember this government as a big flop and every show has its end.So therefore today that day has come -Becoming A Big Zero from a Big Hero or A Big Hero From Zero, history will decide.At 8pm he decided to resign to face elections and to get full majority.
Finally both Congress and AAP have a parting way. Both were feeling suffocated and walked long way for 49 days with great difficulty therefore both the parties are relaxed.After resignation Kejriwal said less about betrayal of Cogress but louded scathing attacks on BJP and Modi because AAP feels it is the best time to become the third force in the Lok Sabha election. It may spoil the game of Modi and now BJP has to change its strategy.It cannot take AAP lightly as in some States it is a force to cause damage to any party.Future has many mystries to unfold, till then let us wait and watch
