AAP Victory: A New Wave In The Indian Politics

The year 2015 will be known for two major things ;the visit of US President Obama on the occasion of Republic Day as the chief guest and for the first time defying all precautions the US President remained under open sky for more than two hours and for the first time a political party AAP has won 67seats  in the Delhi election .Both the things are historical in their own ways. Firstly when Obama visited Delhi , despite being a historical visit , it failed to create both political and economic euphoria. The political observers and readers may get bemused why I am mentioning Obama visit when the whole world is talking about Kejriwal victory. It has a tremendous relationship with recent election outcome. While BJP remained under an illusion that Modi international visits and management of international relationship with the powerful nations will create an euphoria that will ensure victory in the domestic affairs but that was not the reality as Indian voters are much more matured than what political parties think about them.

Now AAP victory in Delhi is historical and politically surprising as no one expected such absolute majority for Kejriwal. After Kejriwal 49days experimental governence and Lok Sabha  election in the last May 2014, every one thought that AAP story was over and his decision to fight this election was not only suicidal but politically immature but AAP didn't apply panic button rather it reorganised its cadres and infused them with new vigor and energy. When BJP was still in a slumber of recent election victories in the states like Haryana,Maharashtra, Jharkhand and Jammu and Kashmir, the AAP was contacting people in different parts of Delhi and was explaining its agenda. When other parties were struggling with their infighting and political conspiracy then AAP was busy with using social media for influencing the people to believe its ideology and programs.

AAP has not only challenged traditional political management technology and practices but has provided a faith to the common man that politics belongs to them and they can play tremendous role in shaping the future of the nation. Look at who are its volunteers , all new entrants of Indian politics the youth who are fade up with the rotten system and who feel that Kejriwal provides an opportunity to change the oudated system. There are many things that have to look into the outcome of this thumping victory.
Firstly there was a massive shift in the anti BJP votes towards AAP as people decided that voting to other parties like Congress will be a wastage because this party has no future in the election. And AAP leaders were able to convince the people that they are the only alternative available before the people. The way the Congress party started its campaign was even more disastrous as its leaders were not fighting election but against each other. Removal of Arvindal Singh Lovely as the CM candidate and projecting Ajay Maken was a tactical mistake because it was Lovely not Maken who stolen lime light through the protests and political management in Delhi during the 49days Kejriwal rule and after that.

Secondly all opposition parties especially the Left parties that have solid cadres in Delhi United behind AAP and supprted whole heartedly. According to the intelligence reports even naxal supporters favoured AAP as they see an opportunity in Kejriwal as anti system personality some favor for their ideology. This right -left combination became so deadly that neither the BJP nor the Congress was able to face this AAP Tsunami. Both these parties will have to look into this defeat from non traditional spectacle.

Thirdly the neglect of Purvanchali voters by the BJP was a big blunder. With 40lacs population no political party should dare to overlook them in any election. Some of the spoke person like Prabhat Jha should be very much cautious while saying what he did at BJP head quarter .These voters not only rejected BJP but at the same time supported AAP.This can be seen in the terms of victory margin and the numbers of seats own by AAP.

And the projection of Kiran Bedi as CM candidate by the BJP was the most crucial factors for the defeat of BJP in Delhi. This single move by the BJP not only disunited the party but also discouraged party workers. The way Kiran Bedi behaved during electioneering was even more shocking. BJP is a cadre based party and it is not possible to topple its old guards as it msy happen in other parties. It is beyond the understanding of commonman to think that BJP will make such a novice move to counter Kejriwal. If it a move of Amit Shah then it is a laughable and if it was unanimousely decided by the central leadership then it is even more surprising.Kiran Bedi behaved like an alien in the party and did more damage than what even severest critics of this move might  have even thought about.

Finally for the last seven months Modi government is talking more and doing less. The people are disillusioned as none of the promises made during the election time are being fulfilled. The Government stand on the Black Money is not only shocking but disastrous. The voter of today wants delivery and no talks.Further the policy of polarising voters on the religious line was a big mistake as youth of today is not ready to take this rubbish ideas. They voted BJP on the agenda of development and now they want the results. Lessons to be learned from this election by all the parties including AAP that unless you perform you are bound to perish.

Bharat Ratna to Atal Vihari Bajpayee and Madan Mohan Malviya

Bharat Ratna is the highest award given by the government of India to those who have served the nation in the most distinct manner. This year the award will be given to the two most distinguished leaders of Indian polity Atal Vihari Bajpayee and Sri Madan Mahan Malviya. There is no need of reference for these two in India asVajpayee served three times as PM of India and Malviya ji as nationalist leader was elected four times as the President of the Congress. He has also founded Banaras Hindu University.

This award is the highest civilian award given for exceptional services in the public life and it was constituted in 1954 and the first recipients were Rajgopalachari, C.V.Raman and Sri Radhakrishnan. In 1955 it was conferred to Pandit Nehru. As regards to it present recipient Sri Atal Vihari Bajpayee was born in 1924 in Gwaliar district of MP and is known for his oratory skills and political inclusiveness. He became member of the Lok Sabha in 1957 and looking at his political skills and oration Pandit Nehru said that one day this leader will become PM of India. This became true in 1996 when he became PM for thirteen days as his government failed to prove majority in the House. He again became PM in 1998 for the thirteen months and his government again fell down due to lack of majority by one vote. Finally he ran government from 1999 to 2004 as NDA leader.

Political reactions on conferring Bharat Ratna to Mr Bajpayee are encouraging and leaders from across the parties have welcomed the decision of the government. However according to many political thinkers it is late to recognize contributions of such a great leader with no blemish on his 51 years of political career. Unfortunately, today he is not even in a position to express his happiness as after stroke in 2009, he is unable to speak and even fails to recognize people. It is reason why people across the political parties had demanded Bharat Ratna for him since long.

He is a true freedom fighter and was jailed for participating in1942 Quit India Movement but was released after tweny one days on tbe promise that he will not participate in anti government movements but that was only for moment as he was an active member of anti British movement in India. After independence he joined RSS and later on he was made Serectrary General of Bhartiya Jan Singh . Again in 1975 he was sent to the jail for opposing Emergency  .After formation of Janata Party he became External Minister in 1977.He is known for his speech in Hindi in the UNO.

As regards to Madan Mohan Malviya the second recipient of Bharat Ratna is concerned, he is a true champion of Indian ideology and patriotism. The founder of BHU is known for his love for independent India. Many people may not be knowing that Satyameva Jayte slogan on Bharat Stham was suggested by Malviya ji and Ganges was diverted towards Haridwar due to efforts of Malviya ji.He started the practice of Aarti on the ghats of Ganga in Haridwar that still see it today. He also served as the Congress President four times I in1909, ,1918 1932 and 1933 and was regarded as a great nationalist leader and supporter of Hindi. He impressed with his speech in 1886 in the second annual meeting of the Congress where he spoke for 4 hours.

He founded BHU in 1916 with Annei Besent for which land was donated by the king of Banaras and other people. He remained VC of BHU till 1936.He was also the chief Editor ofHHindustan Times and was responsible for its Hindi edition. He advocated for Hindi being the national language and also founded Hindu Maha Sabha and Scout India. His contributions to the nation are numerous and he will be always remembered for his nationalist approach.

Bloody Face Of Terrorism in Pakistan

Pakistan suffered the worst type of terrorist attack on 16th December 2014 when Taliban terrorists attacked army school in Peshawar killing 132 students and ten more people. This attack by the terrorists is the worst in the history of terrorism and it crossed all the limits of inhuman behavior. According to the spoke person of Pakistani Taliban Muhammad Khurasani this attack is retaliation of military action in Waziristan area against them and they wanted to teach a lesson to the peopl who are opposed to their ideology. Accordingly  the Taliban says that actually they have removed evils from the education it ystem is they feel anti Islamic. It is hard to believe that in the twenty first century in which world these people are living and which type of civilization they want to create. The world community reacted sharply on this barbaric act and in India all the schools decided to keep two minutes silence.

Justifying killing of hundreds of innocent children in the name of ideology or for teaching a lesson to the Pakistani military is nonsense logic. It is a heart breaking thing to see that the students who went in the morning , there were 132 dead bodies in the afternoon. Street full of crying parents, and the school full of scattered bodies , books and other things belonging to the students. People are crying and that saying for God sake now stop this bloody story and blood bath of innocent people. They have many questions as why to target innocent children who are not the part of any political battle. These terrorists must listen what the youth are saying that they sacrificed their lives for better tomorrow. What is even more surprising that these terrorists were asking whether their father is a military man. This hatred towards military can well be understood but why such hatred towards innocent children.

Root cause of the present day problem is the divisive politics played by various parties in Pakistan.  Politicians divided Taliban into Good Taliban and Bad Taliban. And a large section of Pakistani army is also supporting Taliban. Pakistani army uses Taliban against different countries especially India. In1994 when Taliban came into existence to fight against USSR forces then Pakistan and Saudi Arabia supported them but at that time these countries were not aware that one day this will become a destructive force .In fact Pakistan even after many destructive and devastating experiences is not ready to understand that mixing terrorism and military policies will be self destructive and slowly will even eat up its civil administration setup.

Tahreek e Taliban of Pakistan(TTP)  was initially founded by Baitullah Mehsud in 2007 in a meeting of 40terrorists leaders of Pakhtul clan to propagate Deobandi ideology and to  establish islamic state and  but with the passage of time  TTP changed its face and declared itself as fighters against foreign occupation of Afghanistan and it was well supported by the Pakistani army. But later on this organisation started interfering in the domestic politics and then the military and the government got alarmed and the new Pakistani army chief decided to start military offensive against TTP in Waziristan province. As a result , previous equation between army and TTP got disturbed and the present attack may be a reaction to that.

In Pakistan politics is very much affected by terrorists orgsnisations and their political out fits.Like political party of Imran Khan which is ruling in Peshawar  has an understanding with TTP rather better to say that it has blessings of TTP, therefore, it was very lenient towards its activities.Similarily in Punjab province Nawaz Sharif brother is CM and  Taliban of this area is responsible for anti India terrorists activities and is called Good Taliban. On the other hand terrorists organisations operating at FATA area are opposed to Pakistani army, therefore they are called Bad Taliban for Pakistan and it is this group of terrorists who are responsible for attacks in Pakistan.
Socially too Pakistan is divided into three groups Punjabi, Sindhi and Baluchi and Pakhtuni tribals. Both Pakistani civil administration and army are unable to control its tribal population and this area bordering with Afghanistan is the real trouble for Pakistani administration. It is this area where hundreds of terrorists outfits are oprational and donot fallow any law.

Modi Magic in America

Modi visit to US is historical in many ways as  it is a step to bring two big democracies together to shape the future of a new world order.  The dynamism of Indo US relationship rest in the intensity at both the sides to develop a strategic cooperation in the economic and military sectors. Both the countries are aware of the fact that a solid relationship canonot be build on conditionalities and exceptionalities in the changed world order.Although Modi decided to visit SAARC countries and then Japan and US visit was planned for September 2014.It might looked as neglect of traditional partner and a break away from the traditional practice in foreign affairs but it is better to view this visit with a global eyes. Modi planned his visit in the month of September so as to do all necessary home work for meeting with the leader of a super power . Actually Modi knows the importance of his visit both politically and economically. Speaking like a true Stateman he bamboozled world leaders in UN General Assembly and demanded more democratic set up of UNO in the 21st century. He has  aslo shown door to his Pskistani counterpart Nawaz Shariff on the issue of Kashmir and said there cannot be multilateral solution to a bilateral problem. He raised issue of environmental protection and demsnded greater cooperation from the developed nations.

When he landed on the soil of US then among a few things that he has planned was to visit the ground Zero to pay homage to the victims of 9/11; but this was to give a massage to the world community that today the greatest threat is global expansion of terrorism and there can't be a selective counter terrorism policy. When other leaders of the world were discussing about their domestic matters or regional issues , Modi gave a comprehensive statement that there cannot be good terrorism and a bad terrorism. This massage goes deep as it questions US policy towards fighting terrorism.

After that his program at Madison Square is one of the memorable moment of Indo-US relationship as it made US to feel Modi magic. Both US and India know that sharing a good economic and strategic relationship is equally important for them for maintaining balance in both Asia and the world as wishes of India can't be ignored in the world affairs. Therefore no doubt Modi government has taken some time to decide its priorities with US before rushing to US as a traditional practice. By doing so  Modi should not live under an impression that US will do whatever India feels good for its country but Modi must state and stand for Indian interests very firmly and positively. He announced that visa rules will be simplified and NRI will now get life time visa.Modi appealed to Indians living in US to come forward and give their contributions in nation building. There be red carpet in the place of red tappism.

Now US must be in more positive frame work as its has to control growing strength of China in Asia snd it is not possible without India's support. Further more there are many irritants in Indo-US relationship such as Nuclear Liability treaty, Food subsidy, transfer of Fifth generation technology etc.but both sides will be looking forward to short out these problems. At the same time there are issues of economic treaty and sale of military equipments to India. But Modi is more interested in co production and joint ventures rather than the mere sale of arms. Why so because due to opening of defence sector for FDI now India will be more interested in technological development than being a good purchaser of arms.
So when Obama and Modi meet on 29th September then it will be a great mental game and the final outcome will be decisive for both the nations.

Coalgate :A Failure Of Our Economic System

The judgment of Supreme Court in the Coal Scam or Coalgate to declare 216 coal mines as illegal ,is an eye opener for any democratic system as it not only indicates how private sector in the post reform period has manipulated economic system for its personal growth but also corrupted the government , its ministers and officials to satisfy its over growing desire to expand the industrial empire at the cost of common man. The judgment also provides an opportunity to learn how to manage private sector which is never willing to shoulder nation building responsibility and when it does something then that has huge national cost in the form of illegal exploitation of natural resources. At the same time , the judgment also gives a knee jurk to those people who didn't have care for national interests. It is shocking to note that politicians and private firms devised a new term Captive blocks to loot of natural resources.

For the first time,Coal scam came into the limelight when advocate M.L.Sharma and members of an NGO"Common Cause" filed a PIL in the Supreme Court alleging a large scale violation of rules and procedures in the process of allotting coal mines to them who don't fulfill criteria or who are not eligible to get coal blocks . After that CAG reports on the Coal Ministery pointed out that there is a large scale of loot of public money amounting to Rs.1860000lacs crores. It  increased the political temperature of the country and opposition party especially BJP led scathing attacks on theUPA government.Hearing a PIL, the Supreme Court ordered a CBI enquiry into the Coalgate scam and even directed CBI to report to it directly when UPA government tried to influence the CBI to save certain people. The role of CBI in the Coalgate investigation was also under doubt as the Supreme Court called it a parrot. On the several occassions CBI under the political influence tried to save certain people and even challenged CVC recommendation to file cases against 14 major beneficiaries like Jindal Power, Adani , Jaiswal group, Aditya Birla group etc.
CAG commented on the changes in the procedure on the allotment of coalmines as -

"It was only in August 2006 that the Department of Legal Affairs opined that competitive bidding could be introduced through administrative instructions. However, the same Department also opined that legislative amendments would be required for placing the proposed process on a sound legal footing. In a meeting held in September, 2006, Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs categorically opined that having regard to the nature and scope of the relevant legislation, it would be most appropriate to achieve the objective through amendment to the Mines and Minerals (Development &;Regulation) Act."

It all happened in 1993 when the government decided to amend section 3 (3) of Coal Mines Nationalization Act to enable the coal mining for the private sector companies for captive use for Power, Steel and Cement plants as end users. It will be done through  with competitive bidding and transferred the onus of allotting coal mines through the screening committee on the basis of first come , first serve. All other government followed the same policy but twisted it scope to suit their favorites. In the meantime the government on the recomendation of the Investment Commission headed by Ratan Tata dereserved 43coal mines of CIL and these mines were opened for bidding for the private firms through Screening Committee. Lster on it was observed by the Supreme Court "The Screening Committee has never been consistent, it has not been transparent, there is no proper application of mind, it has acted on no material in many cases relevant factors have seldom been its guiding factors."

We all know that Narasimha Rao government was managing the majority on the outside support and MP's of JMM whose leader Shibu Soren was the coal minister and most of the illegalities were committed  or initiated at that times. Coal Ministery all of a sudden became a creamy and very luracative ministery and all the heay weight politicians tried to grab it.Other were just following what was done earlier to suit their desire. During the NDA regime there was no change in the policy matter or they never wanted to change the previous government policy on the allocation of the coal blocks to private firms. The worst was even to come when the very clause of end users was ignored and now it became clear that any one having Influence in the government can get a coal blocks. All of a sudden with the arrival of UPA at the center provided great  impetus for privatisation and liberalisation of coal mining sector. All the successive coal ministers tried to manipulate procedural guidlines to help their near and dear or who was ready to fulfill their demand. It led to a massive loot of natural resouces on the one hand and increased import of coal on the other. It is nothing but double damage to the economy.

In March 2012 the CAG Draft Report accused government of inefficient allocation of coal blocks during 2004-09 leading to a windfall gains of Rs. 10.7lakhs crores. It created furores in the country and  Prakash Javadekar and Hansraj Ahir filed a case with CVC demanding a full fledged enquiry into the scam . Finally the case shifted to the Supreme Court which delivered its judgment ststing that 216coal mines are illegal and the license of these mines should be canceled.

What seems to be of great interest is that how did governments after government allowed loot of natural resources by the private players by twisting the plocy guidelines.Again there is a big question Does Liberalization create an environment in which  all these corrupt practices are allowed or these scams are natural outcome of our system? Or these scams are the outcome of a nexus between private firms, politicians and beurocrats who diveded their respective shares under the guise of Economic reforms. No less is responsible the PM Manmohan Singh under whose nose everything had happened and who blissfully remained a mere spectator and a true follower of 10Janpath.

And his replies in the Parliament are more astonishing. He said" Let me humbly submit that even if we accept CAG's contention that benifits accrued to private companies , their computations can be questioned on no. of technical points The CAG has computed financial gains to pvt.parties as being the difference between the average sale price and the cost of production of CIL of the estimated extractable reserves of the allocated coal blocks.
Firstly computation of extractabe reserves based on acerages would not be correct.Secondly, the cost of production of coal varies significantly from mines to mines even for CIL due to varying geo-mining conditions, methods of extraction, surface features, no.of settlements, availability of infrastructure etc.Thirdly, CIL has been generally mining in the areas with better infrastructure and more favorable mining conditions where as the coal blocks for captive mining are with more difficult geographical conditions.
Fourthly, a point of the gains would be in any case get appropriated by the govt.through taxation and ubder MNDR Bill, presentlybeing considered by the Parliament,26% of the profits earned on coal mining operations would have to be made available for local area development.
Therefore aggregating the purported financial gains to the pvt.parties merely on the basis of the average production cost and sake price of CIL could be highly misleading. Moreover as the coal blocks were allocated to pvt  companies for captive purposes for specified end users it wouldnot be appropriate to link the allocated blocks to the price of coal set by CIL.

The whole story of coal scam gets even more clear when a PM who was also in charge of the Coal Ministery was defending pvt.parties on flimsy grounds and was criticising CAG for its accounting procedures. And one of the biggest beneficisry was none other than a cabinet minister Naveen Jindal company and many others were from different political parties. Not only the politicians and government officials but the role of middlemen and lobbyists became very dominant in getting coalmines to the both deserving and non deserving industrialists by influencing and manipulating the rules. The role  of lobbyists like Nira Radia and others needs to be examined thruoghly .

Flash points in the Indo-Pak Relationship

The relationship between India and Pakistan has never been friendly and supporting but both the nations tried to maintain a fine balance keeping in the view of regional peace in mind. But in recent years it often happens that tension builds up and cross border firings starts whenever there is  a chance of building friendly relationship. Some political analysts may subscribe this tendency as the establishment related problems but root causes of such an uneasy relationship requires a more in depth analysis. Since independence Pakistan had never been on the  peaceful terms with India. In1947-48 there were nomadic attacks on India and Pakistan declared its intention of claiming Kashmir to be the integral part of its territory or at least making Kashmir to be  a disputed territory. Since then there is a proxy war going on.In between there were two wars on the large scale and a small scale war of Kargil and in the all three wars Pakistan was badly defeated.

After the war of 1971Pakistan realised that an open war with India is not a solution to its greater design of creating trouble for India therefore Pakistan decided to go for proxy war through terrorism and terrorists attacks. The period after 1972 remained little bit calm but political and military changes in Pakistan were very anxious to take revenge of three consecutive humiliating  defeats in the wars.As a result a new strategy was designed and devised ie of proxy war through terrorists attacks. The first trial of the new strategy wss experimented in Punjab during 1980's when separatists were encouraged and supported under a flagship demand for Khalistan. It not only disturbed Indian intelligence agencies but also the political class who failed to counter it for a long period and this encouraged Pakistan to further intensify its efforts. However after the Blue Star Operation and death of Indira Gandhi demand for the Khalistan lost its glaze and police operation have broken the backbone of the movement.

Now Pakistan got the idea that it can start such separatist movements if religious beliefs are flared and a proper place is chosen and nothing can be a better place than Kashmir where accessability is more easy and ground is more fertile. Therefore the attention shifted from other places to Kashmir. Since then terrorists activities in Kashmir are on the rise and India is unable to find out a suitable solution to the problem of displaced KashmiriPandits. The successive governments both at the center and state are unable to deliver decisive policy measures to the people of Kashmir. On the other hand Pakistan was able to develop a group of separatists who have a soft corner and in the return they get all possible help from Pakistan.

Time and again to create pressure on India , Pakistan creates hostilities at the border and often breaks Cease Fire on the LOC.The recent violations of cease fire in R.S.Pura and other areas are for creating pressure on India after the postponement of secretary level talks. Pakistan military establishment doesn't want a peaceful border and friendly relationship with India as it doesn't fit in its greater design of creating unrest in India. Although PM Modi started his  tenure at a very positive note by inviting all the heads of State from SAARC but it didn't go well with Pakistan as it was feeling troubled by rise of Modi stature. To interrupt the visit of Pakistan PM on the occasion of oath taking ceremony, Indian Embassy in Afghanistan was attacked but that too didn't deter Modi from his vision of including SAARC nations in the development process of Asia.
Pakistan itself is in a troubled state as Taliban terrorists are challenging the authority of the government. Internal troubles are rising at the alarming scale. Future seems to be very difficult for Pakistan.
The government of Nawaz Sharif is facing a serious threat from internal forces like Imran Khan and his supporters who are laying a seize in the capital. And this created once again a great opportunity for the army to play its role in the civil and political matters.Naturally to ease out internal tension Pakistani army once again creating a war fobia with India to divert the attention of the people.
The present disturbance in the Indo-Pak relationship can be also attributed to recent development like military disliking for Nawaz Shariff visit to India and to counter this friendly development Imran Khan and Qadari were encouraged start anti govt. movement. All members of Pakistan Tahreek e Imam(PTI) resigned in ptrotest and supporters of PTI and PTA moved towards Red Zone in Islamabad. As usually army got the upper hand and requested the government to talk with Imran Khan and Qadari to bring peace. At the same time this is the last month when the terrorists can cross the border.According to intelligence reoprts , large number of terrorists are waiting on different sectors of Pakistan to cross the border under disturbed situation.

Malaysian Airlines Tragedy:A Terror InThe Sky

Shooting down the Malaysian Airlines plane by terrorists in Ukrainian territory is really very shocking incident in modern times as298 people have lost their lives without any crime.Ukrainian crisis has ritsulted into the complete turmoil in this part of Europe and continued fight has badly damaged administrative machinery, political control and social order in this region. As explained in my blog Ukrainian crisis or Beginning of the second revolution that foul play of vested Western interest groups and counter strategy of Russian block has created a volatile situation in Ukraine.

The unfortunate Malaysian Plane MH17was on its regular flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur on the busy rout when it was shot  down by missile by Russian rebel group over Donetsk at the altitude of 33000 feets.Initially the insurgents group denied shooting down of the plane but its top leader Igor Strelkov later on admitted that rebels have shot down the plane under mistaken identity of Ukrainian AN-26 military plane.

Malaysia had suffered badly this year as it is the second plane of its airline that has met with the tragic end.Afew months ago its flight MH370 disappeared and till today there is no clue of its disappearance.Malaysian PM has announced an enquiry into the incident and promised the people thst responsible persons will be brought to justice. There is a shok wave in the world as it is among some most dastardly acts of world airline history. In 1973 a Libyan plane was shot down killing 113 passengers, then in 1979 Air Rhodesiaand in1983Korean Airlines plane was shot down.Similarly in 1988 an Iranian plane was also dhot down killing 290 passengers.

As a result of this shooting down major airlines have changed their rout .Us has imposed harsher restrictions on Russia and assuref Malaysian government for all possible support.Majority of the passengers belong to Netherlands and Malaysia. Only one crew member is reported to be from India.UNSC has asked for an independent enquiry and guilty should be brought to justice.Ukrainian government has blamed Russian supported rebels for this dastardly act but Russia has put the blame on Ukrainian army.As this blame game continued there is uproar in the world community over this inhuman act.It is an important thing to note that why did the shooting down take place after BRICS meeting where an important decision was taken by to form BRICS BANK.Is it a move to trap Russia and put more sanctions on it?

It was also  reported that an AI plane was also behind the fateful Malaysian plane. One intrguing question is still to be answered why did International Aviation Agency allow to operate on this route when it knows thst eastern Ukraine is a war zone and such shooting down of planes was earlier reported? The Buk missile used in shooting down of the plane is used by both Russian rebels and Ukrainian military so it will be really difficult to find out who has carried out the attack.
